Do you dream in prosthetics and fabric? This intensive workshop is dedicated to the visual art of character realization, focusing on the powerful trinity of Makeup, Costume, Wigs, and Photography.
Go beyond theory and leave with a fully styled, photographed, and portfolio-ready character!
💄 What You Will Master:
Character Makeup Mastery: Learn SFX basics, painting and application of a foam latex prosthetic, and creating seamless character illusions using professional techniques.
Costume & Styling Essentials: Techniques for fabric selection, basic construction, sourcing/modifying accessories
Wigs design and styling:
utilizing wigs to enhance personality and silhouette.
The Transformation Process: Expert guidance on efficient dressing, quick-changes, and the workflow of bringing a character to life from initial sketch to final look.
Set design and props: source and create basic props and set decor on a budget to enhance your overall look.
Character Photography: Master posing, lighting and utilizing set and props to capture your character's essence in stunning, dynamic photographs.
🌟 Workshop Includes:
Hands-On Workshops: Work directly with materials (will include 1 selected foam latex prosthetic from DYAD prosthetics. 1 lace front wig/basic wig styling kit)
**All costuming/prop/set pieces to be supplied by attendees. Some items will be available to use.

Professional Photoshoot Session: Capture your final creation in a dedicated, guided shoot.
